Autumn Menu at Bosco Café
Enjoy pleasant meetings and delicious Italian cuisine this autumn at Bosco Café. Chef Davide Corso prepared a selection of delicious novelties for his guests.

New appetizers include seabass ceviche with citron and the classic tuna tartare with marinated onion and caramelized sauce. Meat lovers will enjoy Parma ham pâté with forest mushrooms and meat sauce, as well as the warm salad with Parma ham, potatoes, and mustard sauce.

Among the hot dishes, one must try langoustines with chickpea sauce and lemon juice, grilled tuna steak with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, as well as red wine braised beef cheeks with baked pumpkin. A truly autumn dish is presented in the risotto with pumpkin, zucchini, and ricotta.

Bosco Café also makes some of the best coffee in the center of Moscow and excellent desserts: fresh pineapple juice sherbet with tarragon or the classic Neapolitan rum cake with lemon cream.
