Concert "Hear the Future" in the House of Music
Vladimir Spivakov is responsible for the music program of the Open Arts Festival Chereshnevy Les from the day of its establishment. This year was not an exception. On May 15th the 17th Open Arts Festival Chereshnevy Les has once again pleased music lovers: the concert of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia under Vladimir Spivakov "Hear the Future" was held on the stage of the Moscow International House of Music.
Alena Sviridova, Sati Spivakova, Pavel Astakhov with his wife, Ksenia Alferova and Yegor Beroyev, Elena Zakharova, Alexey Yashin, Igor Yankovsky and Anna-Maria Yankovskaya, Oksana Bondarenko and others came to enjoy the works of great composers.
The audience applauded to the young 16-year-old soloists - pianist Alexander Malofeyev and violinist Daniel Lozakovich. Despite their young age, they already perform with the best orchestras of the world and communicate with the maestro on an equal footing. The gap between them is over half a century, but they are knitted by music and talent that will help us to hear the future.
Concerto for piano and orchestra No. 2 by S. Rachmaninov and four etudes by S. Rachmaninov-O. Respigi sounded in the first part of the concert, the second part was about Concerto for Violin and Orchestra No. 1 by M. Bruch and Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso by K. Sen -Sans.
The performance of Vladimir Spivakov on the same stage with young musicians becomes a good tradition of the Arts Festival  Chereshnevy Les, especially since music has been of great importance for it  since the time of establishment.
Alexander Malofeyev, who has participated in the Open Arts Festival Chereshnevy Les  for the second time, masterfully played the work of S. Rachmaninov in the first part of the concert. Being almost 16 years old, he has got an impressive collection of prizes and visited half the world with concerts, shining at the most prestigious festivals. He is called "the musical hope of Russia" by the experts.
The audience heard the brilliant performance of Daniel Lozakovich, the winner of the First International Vladimir Spivakov Violin Competition in the second part. In contrast to his contemporary Alexander Malofeyev, it was his debut at the Open Arts Festival Chereshnevy Les. He has the collection of awards of the international music competitions in Macedonia and the United States, as well as three prestigious awards of the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.
