IWC Schaffhausen: split-second timing
The Swiss manufactory IWC Schaffhausen presents a new limited collection of watches in a case of Ceratanium®. The issue is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Aquatimer watch family designed especially for divers
It is not inferior to titanium by weight & durability being as strong and resistant to scratches as ceramics. The excellent combination of black matte shade and hypoallergenic Ceratanium® material makes the model a worthy choice for watchmaking art connoisseurs. The new watch features perpetual calendar with a large digital date and month indicator, as well as a chronograph.
It can withstand the pressure of up to 10 bar just like other models of the Aquatimer collection. The external and internal rotating bezels facilitate the control over diving time. The IWC SafeDive system ensures its safe correction: the internal bezel can be rotated only when the external bezel rotates counter-clockwise. Thus, even if the external bezel shifts by accident, the set time ensuring diver’s safe ascent without stopping for decompression will never be exceeded.
The model can be ordered in Sublime by BOSCO.
