BOSCOAFASHIONWEEK 2017. La Perla: lace revolution
Alluring La Perla show marked the start of fall BOSCOAFASHIONWEEK in GUM. The prêt-à-porter line was presented here for the first time. Celeb fans of the brand came to appreciate the work of the creative director Julia Haart. Italian Ambassador to Russia Cesare Maria Ragaglini became the special guest of the event.
The show was preceded by the traditional welcoming remarks of the invited fashion expert. It was Renata Litvinova this evening.
A new prêt-à-porter line was presented within the show in addition to the delicate openwork corsets and bras, silk shirts and lacy slips that have long been synonymous with La Perla. This line appeared with the arrival of Julia Haart and became truly revolutionary. The inventor and businesswoman, Haart, who received several scientific patents before coming to the fashion house, combined sixty years of La Perla heritage, the tradition of making exquisite lingerie, sophisticated techniques of embroidery and decor with the latest technology of stretch fabrics.
That is how perfectly fitting yet comfy garments were born. For example, eye-catching shirt-dresses with lace inserts, skinny trousers and power woman’s attribute - austere but tempting business suits of checkered tweed of lilac, black or blue shades. Jackets with clasps & built-in bras look like the second skin and give freedom of movement.
It was impossible to resist the temptations of the show: many guests and participants dropped at the new La Perla boutique at the 3rd line of GUM to purchase the looks they liked.
