Last weekend, the annual festival of contemporary music and lifestyle BOSCO Fresh Fest was held in the Tsaritsyno Memorial Estate for the fourth time. Its becomes more & more extensive fr om year to year: 68 musicians and bands performed on five stages, the sunny weekend was rounded off by the long-awaited show from the headliner of the festival John Newman. This season’s BOSCO Fresh Fest was distinguished by  several dominant names like Parov Stelar & SOHN, Morcheeba, as well as Sevdaliza, Roots Manuva, The Boxer Rebellion, Antokhi MC, Bravo and Vougal.
Mikhail Kusnirovich, Konstantin Andrikopulos & his wife Olga Tsypkina, Anton Belov, Mikhail Gannushkin, Masha and Veronika Fedorova, Irina Gorbacheva, Ivan Dorn, Alexander Gudkov, Dusya Yastrubitskaya, Mari Koberidze, Vyacheslav Glushkov and many others were noticed among the guests of the festival.
Tele2 Stage became a nice surprise for the fans of Russian contemporary music. The new line-up of NAADA band performed here as well as the most famous Russian indie pop bands On-The-Go, Guru Groove Foundation & Selfieman. Young music bands, the winners of Bosco Fresh Fest and Tele2 #wanttobosco contest performed on one stage together with the famous artists.
The Johnnie Fizz Stage dancefloor was located in the Bazhenov Hall of the Tsaritsyno Grand Palace: the historic building opened its doors for DJ sets for the first time. The guests could celebrate the arrival of the anticipated Moscow summer by a new mix from Johnnie Fizz and dance to the DJ sets of Dasha Malygina, Mark Shchedrin, Shiny Boots, Dima Ustinov and Andriesh Gandrabur. Horizontal piano appeared on the Johnnie Fizz Stage later: Dima Ustinov, Andriesh Gandrabur, Tim Aminov, Victor Glazunov and pianist Nikola Melnikov performed a unique two-hour live jam session.
The BOSCO Fresh Night festival, which was so popular with the listeners last season, was loud and large-scale. Esthetic Joys, S.O.V.A. Stage and LevelDva venues featured the performances of Mall Grab, DMX Krew, Luke Vibert, Gunnar Haslam, Voiski, Cape Cod, Route 8, Leonid Lipelis and many others. The sets of the Moscow it-girls Karina Istomina, Sasha Panica, Dasha Evseeva and Lena Paveleva in Abrau Music Bar with a breathtaking panoramic view of Tsaritsynsky ponds sounded at the dawn.
GUMMANitarum area, offering open lectures and public talks of reputable representatives from various fields including Forbes editor-in-chief Nikolai Uskov, co-founder of the Coffeemania Igor Zhuravlev, director of ZIL cultural center Elena Melville, the director of the Museum of the History of Moscow Alina Saprykina, the author of the project "Your Game" Fedor Elyutin, Soviet and Russian art critic Olga Sviblova and others, was arranged at the support of Tinkoff Bank for the guests longing to obtain new knowledge .
The organizers of the festival saw about the adherents of physical culture and intellectual sports fans. The Chess Federation of Moscow arranged chess tournaments’ zone. The Federation of Skateboarding of Russia installed a ramp wh ere the show-contests & work-shops of the best Russian skaters took place. "Dynamo-Moscow" Fencing club in conjunction with the leading R-Sport news agency conducted a series of fencing work-shops. Summer-bright game zone arranged by the STS TV channel witnessed "Birdies Up 2017" badminton tournament. Over 30 popular Russian fast & simple table games and 5 complex ones were presented within the Mosigra Toy Library. The participants of the festival were able to play petanque and even have a petanque contest as well as enjoy gastronomic variety in the La Boule petanque café area. The youth movement "Together" conducted a quest along the territory of the park dedicated to the main sporting events and sports achievements of our country.
The hungry guests could restore the forces between the performances in the food court areas, offering the corners of street food and author's cuisine of young and talented Moscow chefs.
