We look forward to your visit to our new project which launched on Line 1 of GUM, overlooking the Kremlin's Spasskaya Tower. The space features a restaurant and a bar with cocktail and wine cards. A must-visit for Muscovites and tourists. On weekdays it is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. At the end of the week, the space is transformed into a bar and becomes a busy place for meetings with friends while enjoying sets by fashionable DJs.
The managing partner of the venue is Takhir Kholikberdiyev who is behind several successful projects in Krasnodar and Moscow (Skotina, Southern, Peqlo Barbecue, etc.).
Takhir invited chef Pavel Ann, a friend of the KM20, Happy End, Simple Wine and Bar projects, to manage the kitchen of BARBOSCO. The menu is based around the idea of European and Asian fusion and will include sections with elements of national delicacies from all around Russia. Meat and fish delicacies, local produce, vegetables are the focus. From the RAW section, you can try the crudo with sweet Far Eastern shrimp, tiradito tuna with crispy rice, etc. All meat lovers will be awed by our perfect beef rib with chimichurri and kale, as well as the filet mignon with entrecote sauce and cherry potatoes.
We paid special attention in our menu to vegetables and root vegetables and recommend guests to try our green salad with sesame dressing, smoked cabbage with sesame and bonito, as well as romaine salad with miso aioli.
The bar manager is Nikita Khlopyanov (High Bar Moscow, City Space Bar Moscow). Seasonal cocktails will vary depending on the time of year. The exclusive cocktail card was developed using local Russian ingredients: sorrel, cranberry, lingonberry, figs, and kvass. Special attention in the bar will be given to classic cocktails.
The wine list is chosen taking into consideration the fullness, intensity, taste, and aroma of wines from Russian producers, wine houses of the Old and New World, as well as biodynamic and organic wine producers.
